Hatha Foundations


Hatha Foundations of Yoga is designed to teach the primary principles of yoga. These foundations include pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures), and meditation (stilling the mind). Great for beginning students or advanced practitioners who want to get back to basics.

Fundamental Vinyasa


Once we begin to understand what proper alignment and full breath is in stillness, we can begin to connect the dots of the postures with flowing movement guided by breath. It is here where the practice can become a meditative dance. In this class we will begin to explore the Vinyasa style, which distinguishes itself by its flowing nature.

Vinyasa Yoga


Vinyasa yoga classes distinguish themselves by their flowing nature from one posture to another in conjunction with the breath. Little time is spent holding poses. The focus is instead directed toward continuous, flowing movement.

Creative Flow Yoga


This Vinyasa yoga class is a dynamic, challenging practice creatively integrating several styles of yoga and unifying breath and body. This class celebrates organic and creative movement within the safe boundaries of alignment, kriya and mandala sequences. No two classes are the same.

Kundalini Yoga


Kundalini yoga uses kriyas (sets of vibrating yoga postures), mudras (hand postures that balance various elements of the body and spirit), mantra (the chanting of sacred sound), and pranayam (breath work to strengthen our nervous systems, glandular systems, and to balance the chemistry of our blood.

Naam yoga fuses together two ancient forms of spiritual study: Kundalini yoga and Universal Kabbalah
