Thai Yoga Massage


Thai Yoga MassageIs an ancient healing massage modality with roots in Hatha Yoga, Acupressure, and Metta (loving kindness). It incorporates gentle motion, stretching, and palming of energy lines. The recipient is clothed while resting passively on a massage mat. The practitioner uses hands, feet, arms, and legs to gently and comfortably stretch muscles, circulate joints, and stimulate energy lines to allow the body’s energy to flow more easily throughout the body. Thai Yoga Massage helps relieve stress, relax the body and the mind, relieve chronic body aches and pains, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and balance the body energetically and physically.

Kripalu Swedish Massage


The Kripalu approach takes this traditionally western modality and steeps it in yogic philosophies. It takes the technical skills and strokes of Swedish massage and transforms them into a sacred experience of intuitive therapeutic touch. The tools of this approach include attuning to the essential, intention, intuitive awareness, and attentiveness to energy. This yogic approach to Swedish massage enhances the integration of the body, mind, and spirit, and creates a deeply relaxing experience. Kripalu Deep Tissue Massage


Uses the yogic approach of the Kripalu Swedish Massage with deeper, firmer pressure to address tension, and chronic or acute areas of discomfort in the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and fascia. These combined with a meditative focus on physical sensation help to stimulate energy flow, and release throughout the body. The goal of deep tissue massage is to leave you feeling loose, flowing, and rejuvenated.
