Celina Reppond Dominguez has been a certified Pilates teacher since 1998, when she received her certification from the Pilates Center in Boulder, CO. Since then, she has taught in London and New York City, where she and her husband, Steven, owned and operated a Pilates and Massage studio called Core Zone Pilates. ...At the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, a renowned yoga institute in the Berkshire mountains of Massachusetts. It was there that Steven continued his exploration between the physical body and the spirit. While immersing himself in the practice and philosophy of yoga, he had his first foray into the realm of healing with hands by beginning his training in Thai Yoga Massage. It is there that he met his respected teacher Kam Thye Chow, who is influential in bringing Thai Yoga Massage to the west. It was through Thai Yoga Massage that Steven discovered the potential that comes with serving others with Loving-kindness. Steven later continued training with Kam Thye Chow at the Lotus Palm School in Montreal, Canada, where he received his certification. [More...]
